Objective:  To upgrade and improve overall officiating with JV & Modified Volleyball Officials.

Mentors will be:
*Available for questions.
*Attend mentee matches.
*Contact their mentee bi-monthly to discuss issues.
*Become study buddies for the NYSCVOA yearly test.
*Provide each team with their schedules so to observe and critique progress.
*Provide Secretary with name of mentor and mentee.
*Secretary will work with each section assigner to assign a least one match with mentor and mentee.
