Mid-Hudson Board of Volleyball Officials is a member of the New York State Certified Volleyball Officals Association. MHBVO’s mission to to provide the best trained high school volleyball officials in rules and mechanics to serve the local high school within NY State sections 1 and 9. To that end MHBVO offers refresher clinics to our members along with classes designed to attract new officials.
